This place was an absolute gem! The cleanliness was off the charts, like seriously mind-blowing. The location was perfect for us, just a short stroll to the sporting event. And even though it's on a main road, it was so quiet, road noise was not even a thing. The manager was like our personal tour guide, super helpful with all our requests. The room was modern, spacious, and so well-maintained, I couldn't believe it. The bed, oh my goodness, it was like sleeping on a cloud. And hey, if you have your own wheels, the distance from the main center is no biggie. Plus, they've got free Wi-Fi, a handy car park, a flat-screen TV for our entertainment, and even an electric kettle for that much-needed cuppa. Oh, and did I mention the free laundry service? Yup, only had to pay for the dryer. The owners were such nice folks, always there to lend a hand. All in all, our stay here was absolutely fantastic!

The manager was very helpful when asking for directions and helping with problems we had
The room we stayed in needs a door between the kitchen and lounge. Also a few people don't drink tea or coffee so how about drinking chocolate or milo

We had a great time at this place, with quick and efficient room service, and the location was perfect for visiting one of our favorite spots, the Ahuriri Estuary walk.

The key to this place is the lady who runs it.nothing is too much trouble. Felt right at home. Lovely ocean beach a short walk away - fabulous views. Harbourside restaurants just down the road.
A hob to fire up my stove top espresso would have been good, but she did fix us with a plunger so we didn't get caffeine withdrawal!

I loved the location of this hotel as it was quite close to Napier's tourist destinations and very close to both the town centre and the town walkway. The hotel facilities were spotlessly clean and parking was readily available. The staff were very helpful, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Couldn't stay longer.

Very clean, very pleasant lady proprietor, very helpful. Open plan spacious layout, close to everything, reasonable value for money, good views, light, airy and private. Good size fridge and benchspace. Shower was excellent. Lounge comfortable as was the big bed. Plenty of pillows.
A bit spartan. No reading lights on one side of the bed. Tv small and old tech and hard to see from bed. No hotplates but it did have a plug in fryer. Not too many downsides really. Would recommend.

Had a great Xmas holiday at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the on-site parking. The hotel was also close to a convenience store and a few restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel was under renovation during our stay. There were loud noises and disruptions during the day, which disrupted our relaxation time.

I stayed at this motel recently and I have to say, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I had a small issue with the check-in process, they handled it promptly and efficiently. The room itself was dated, but the heater worked well and kept the room nice and warm. The bed was comfortable and the free wifi was a bonus. The motel is also conveniently located near the beach and has a trampoline for entertainment. I would recommend this motel for its friendly staff and convenient location.
